B-Day Bash Mini Album

Hi everyone, it's Sam here, squeezing in with a last post before 2011! I just wanted to share this mini album I made using one of my favourite Imaginisce ranges - B-Day Bash...

See, I loved this range so much, that I even pinched the name of it to use as the title of my album! One of my absolute favourite things about this range was those cute little Paper Ribbon banners that I've used on the front page here. And of course I had to make a brad using the I-Top! Well, actually, it's not a brad...because it's a wooden album, and I had already attached all the papers, there was no way I was getting a brad to go through it, so I used a Magnet Daddie instead. They have a nice flat back, so all I had to do was use a bit of double sided tape to stick it down.

Another embellishment that I loved from this range were the Springing Stickers. They are such a fun little surprise to find when opening up the album, and definately a hit every time the kids have a look through it...

And here's a look at the whole album...

Now, if you'd like to head over to my blog, I have a little prize up for grabs, of a few of those favourite things that I mentioned. Click HERE to check it out.

Well, I hope you all enjoy what's left of 2010, and have a fabulous and HAPPY NEW YEAR!!

Top 10 Products in 2010, Sketch Winner and More!

I couldn't resist showing off our Top 10 selling items for 2010 before the year ends. You might be surprised be a couple of them. I was surprised the multi-colored jewel compact outsold the pink and black set, but I love all three and was NOT surprised to see that i-rock tool was our NUMBER 1 selling item for 2010. We wouldn't have these top sellers if it were for our amazing fans!!

Want to win?? Tell us which of our top ten items is on the top of your wish list for 2010 and you could win? Leave a comment below and we'll announce the winner next year (ha, ha...actually on Friday, Jan 7th).

Speaking of winners...let's catch find out who the latest Imaginisce winners are....

The December Sketch Challenge was a fun sketch and we're excited to announce that the winner was Dawn Gallop with this darling layout. Be sure to check out the fun cookie creations she posted along the top on the close-ups on her blog.

Come back on SATURDAY- January 1, 2011 and check out our NEW Challenge. Pinky is rockin' us into the new year and you will love her new take on the challenge!!

Next, earlier in the week, Shemaine posted a fun video on using the Roly Rosies and Petal Roller tool along with the new Garden Party Collection. And the lucky winner that left us some comment love was:  Cindy Groh

Be sure to keep coming back through the weekend...you won't regret it!!

Garden Party, Two-Pager and a Sketch

Aren't the new Imaginisce Garden Party papers beautiful?  The floral design and colors are such a pretty combination and perfect for the little girls in your life.  I thought these photos of my daughter playing golf in our backyard were a great match for the Garden Party collection.
Aren't these Florish Title Die Cuts 'adorable'?  All it needed was a little bit of ink, a ribbon accent, some chipboard to embellish and a few pop dots for dimension.  It's a wonderful embellishment to tie together the photos and break up the linear design.
The Daisy Chain Ribbons included with this collection are absolutely gorgeous.  I love the pattern on this one and what a great contrast it is with the many floral patterns in the paper and embellishments.  I also grabbed my Martha Stewart Pansy punch to create this complimentary border.  Don't you just love it when the stars align and your older tools match up with brand new products???  I would say this was a match made in heaven....

The Johnny Jump-Ups Sticker Stackers are a definite must for adding sentiments and dimension to a page.  I backed this one with a little brown cardstock to give it a bit more definition.  Then I used my trusty i-rock to add these teeny tiny Hot Rocks to the flower centers for a little extra special attention to detail.

It wouldn't be the season of giving, if I didn't include a sketch to play with.  Please enjoy and hope to see some two-pagers out there using Imaginisce products.  Please drop me a line at my BLOG if you use the sketch so I can pop over and admire your work.

Thank you for stopping by - Liz
